About Patrick K. Chenot

I have significant experience in the healthcare communications space, with the mission of making other people or brands better. I have worked on the commercial side at Johnson & Johnson in sales and marketing, and on the agency side in senior-level account and relationship management positions for multinational holding companies and independents. My experience encompasses the US and global markets, in a variety of therapeutic categories, and at multiple points during a brands commercialization process. MedComm has been the disciplinary thread throughout my career. I also have experience in the Learning & Development space, creating a global L&D program for a multinational holding company as the inaugural Chief Learning Officer. I have successfully led client services/account management departments at companies such as PUBLICIS, HAVAS Health, and Omnicom Health in the promotional and non-promotional sectors of the healthcare business. Of note, collaborating with the President of H4B Catapult, I co-built this new offering to become one of the lead HAVAS Health agencies, in just 3-years. As to my client relationship roles, as the North America Key Account Director at PUBLICIS, I was able to resolve a year-long receivables shortfall in a matter of months working with senior procurement and marketing leaders at the multinational Pharma client, and with multiple PUBLICIS Agencies. As a Global Brand Director, I was responsible for leading the HAVAS Groupe’s successful response to the Novartis agency consolidation efforts and served as the relationship management lead post-win for HAVAS. Finally, in the learning and development, plus culture space: I created branded programs, Catapult College, Developing Leaders, and YOU Central for HAVAS Health; DiD Rise for DiD, an independent; and the SAKS Fellowship initiative for another independent, SAKS Health. These transformative programs led to award-winning training for a wide range of agency staff, and to a vibrant culture for the organizations.
