About Patrick Kane

I am a Partner at Apax Digital, the $3 billion AUM growth equity strategy within Apax Partners, a leading global private equity advisory firm. I focus on growth-stage software, data analytics, and tech-enabled services investing. I have over 10 years of experience in private equity, investing in and supporting high-growth businesses across various sectors and geographies. Before joining Apax Digital, I was the Founder and CEO of Priori Data, a venture-backed mobile data and analytics business based in Berlin, Germany. I led the Priori team in developing and delivering a comprehensive suite of app market data and analytics tools that empowered decision-making for leading brands, consultancies, and investors in the mobile app economy. I successfully sold Priori Data to a London Stock Exchange traded business in July 2018. I started my career at Morgan Stanley in their investment banking team, and later invested in data and information services businesses at Vestar Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm. I hold an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Middlebury College.
