Proven leadership managing IT and as a Project Manager for 19 Division-wide Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Central Billing Office. Also PM on other out of state (and out of Division) acquisitions, remodels, and new construction projects assisting Corporate needs as asked. Projects include managing the IT component of many successful acquisitions, planning IT & S infrastructure and systems with major facility remodels, tenant improvements, and complete new “ground up” construction projects. Developed strong working relationships with Corporate Development and Division Leadership, HR, local IT management, and vendors for coordination of successful openings and large projects. Appointed as Facility Information Security Official (FISO) for all current Colorado market ASC’s. This includes presenting security at Division-wide new hire orientations and ongoing security audits of our facilities. Also deeply involved with B2B VPN’s, security reviews of new vendors, and Information Security Agreements (ISA’s) with vendors, providers, and partnering physician practices. Effective and ongoing cost savings reviews with substantial savings and cost avoidance measures with 20-50% savings on many projects. Substantial savings found by reviewing and negotiating telecom contracts. Involved with improving day to day workflow and technical support policies and procedures. Within one 6 month period was involved with a 40% increase in overall support satisfaction based on company surveys. Conceived, initiated, and completed many Division-wide initiatives for streamlining workflows, improving physician, employee, and patient satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to standardization of network resources, applications, and shared resources. Facility-wide Wi-Fi for both public and secure access, deployment of new EMR’s, imaging systems, and security systems.
