About Patrick Kenadjian

I am senior counsel in Davis Polk’s London office with an international practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, cross-border securities offerings, international investments and joint ventures, international privatizations and general corporate advice, with an emphasis on representing European clients. I am also an Adjunct Professor at the Goethe University in Frankfurt where I teach courses on the financial crisis and financial reform and on comparative mergers and acquisitions at the Institute for Law and Finance. At the University I have co-chaired conferences on the European Depository Insurance System, resolution of financial institutions and financial utilities, bank ethics and culture, Basel the European Capital Markets Union, Too Big to Fail and collective action clauses in sovereign bonds. I am also a member of the Advisory Committee to the Finance Forum of the Salzburg Seminar, for which I also acted as program director for two years. I speak English, French, German and Italian.
