About Patrick Kennedy

My key functions and previous experience are as follows: Implementation and maintenance of the Risk Management, Governance and Reporting Framework for the regulated Life and General Insurance Companies within the CBA Wealth Management Business Division. Previous experience in an Office of the Trustee supporting the risk and compliance requirements of two Superannuation Trustee Boards within the CBA Wealth Management Business Division. Regulatory and investigations experience within the Australian Financial Services Industry through supervisory and enforcement roles at APRA. Previous Investigations experience through various positions held within the Australian Federal Police. During my time in this role I was seconded to the role of line 1 Executive Manager, Risk and Compliance for the General Insurance business where I was responsible for heading the risk and compliance function and rebuilding the team. During this period I recruited a full time replacement Executive Manager and Manager for the line 1 function, whilst managing the remaining team members and ensuring all risk, compliance and reporting deliverables continued to be met.
