B.S. in Applied Exercise Science at Azusa Pacific University USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach. Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) with National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from National Strength and Conditioning Association Personal: Currently compete in Olympic Weightlifting. After 3 years of intense training through my own programming, competed in Track and Field at Azusa Pacific University (Shot Put) to finish out academic career. Set High School class record for 1 repetition maximum in the Back Squat at 515 lbs, 3rd highest in school history. 2 year Letterman in Football and Track and Field (Shot Put and Discus) Through rigorous training and diet, dropped from 265 lb to 205 lb Specialties: I help others discover their strength and achieve their fitness goals.
