About Patrick Kerr

My work experience is boring, everybody has it. But, the fun stuff. I tell people I have had a Forest Gump life, I've traveled all over; Thailand, Ireland, Puerto Rico, Iraq and 48 of 50 states. Which 2 have I not visited? I'll give you a hint, it wasn't Hawaii or Alaska because I lived in both of those states. Oregon and Vermont, strange right? I even grew up in NY. I might need to check with the smart people about that one and see, oh well. Did I tell you I touched THE Touchdown Jesus at the University of Notre Dame? Not looked at it from the stadium or from the quad but actually touched it.Well I did. I played competitive lacrosse on 3 men's teams. Ran at least a mile in 10 states, 3 countries and 1 territory. I have swam in the Pacific, the Atlantic, the Gulf of Mexico, Gulf of Thailand, Celtic Sea, San Juan Bay and the Hudson River (or did I walk across it?) If you know, you know. Even traveled on a ship through the Panama Canal. I once gave a tour to a bus load of WW2 Medal of Honor recipients from the 25th Infantry Division, I was part of the security detail for President Bush's second inauguration, I had the honor of re-enlisting in the Army at the USS Arizona memorial, I was a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne, was a Jumpmaster on a airborne operation in Iraq and was blessed to lead troops in a combat zone for a small outpost just outside Fallujah Iraq. I have visited Babylon (The Babylon), took a helicopter to Gettysburg, visited Appomattox Courthouse and over 10 other Civil War battle sites, sat in Ford's Theatre where Pres. Lincoln was killed and visited some of the most amazing war memorials in the nation. In February 2023, I even have the amazing honor of doing a parachute jump from a WW2 C-47, the Tico Bell which dropped paratroopers into France for D-Day. There is more but my fingers are tired.
