I am a public policy expert who engages global policymakers in support of market economics, innovation, and the rule of law. As Senior Vice President of the Global Innovation Policy Center (GIPC) at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, I led the development and implementation of the Chamber's U.S. and global intellectual property agenda, promoting the protection and enforcement of IP rights around the world. I have extensive experience in U.S. and international government affairs, trade, and public affairs, with specialties in issue advocacy, coalition building, strategic messaging, and communications. I have successfully represented the interests of the U.S. business community before the U.S. Congress, federal agencies, foreign governments, and multilateral organizations. I am an accomplished and charismatic public speaker in keynote or panel settings, with a flair for enlivening panel moderation. I have also authored and contributed to multiple publications and reports on trade facilitation, IP protection, and innovation policy. My mission is to enable investment, research and development, and innovation through effective policy and advocacy.
