With over 25 years of experience in different (C-Level) management positions from start-ups to corporates, from Business to Operations and IT; we are your trusted partner in business. We believe that people make the difference in an organization. If you as a leader know how to place them in the right position and communicate with them on the level that they get inspirated by, they will become a successful individual, valuable asset to the team, happier person and a better performer. I always ask customers first who and then what. Look at the strategy of the company, the other team members and the manager and then find someone who makes the whole team a little better. That gives me energy. Matching is human work and that requires experience but above all, a lot of people knowledge. A match only takes 30 seconds if the preparation is good enough. Who am I? A result-oriented people manager who has fulfilled various management roles at large and smaller companies. In addition, I managed several start-ups and made them successful.
