I have spent my 15+ year career entirely in data - working across data engineering, analytics and data science - designing data solutions that drive business, product and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. I've supported executive decision-making across product, engineering, revenue, marketing and operations from start-ups to mature public companies. My expertise has contributed to global expansion & revenue growth across North America, Europe, Asia & Oceania. As a data evangelist, I have influenced a culture of data analytics and engineering rigor across all levels of the organization, optimizing efficiency and mitigating operational, reputational, and regulatory risks. In my role as an executive partner, I advise and support senior leaders and the C-suite by providing insights through business intelligence and predictive analytics, enabling them to consistently make informed, data-driven decisions. As an engineering leader, I have led the development of data architecture from the ground up and re-engineered legacy systems into modern cloud-based architectures. A collaborative team leader, I have developed, motivated, and influenced multidisciplinary teams of product owners, data scientists, engineers, and analysts, fostering an inclusive and open-minded culture.
