About Patrick Koetzle

I’m a policy advisor with eight years of experience serving members of the U.S. House of Representatives. My work has focused on health care, education, labor, veterans' affairs, consumer affairs, and the judiciary. I bring a legal background and a deep commitment to public service, using both to craft and advance impactful, community-driven legislation. At the core of my work is a belief in policy as a tool for positive change. I have led several bipartisan efforts in legislative drafting, legal and regulatory analysis, strategic communications, stakeholder outreach, and constituent services. My goal is always to bridge national priorities with local needs. I hold a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center (2015) and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Miami (2012). Before entering public service, I practiced healthcare law, representing health care providers in civil litigation—experience that deepened my interest in the broader systems that shape access to care.
