About Patrick Koller

I joined FORVIA SE (previously named Faurecia SE) in 2006 as EVP for the Automotive Seating group, and successfully led the recovery and growth of the division. I was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2015, overseeing all aspects of our international industrial production. In 2016 I was appointed Chief Executive Officer of FORVIA SE and I’m now proud to lead the group that emerged from the combination of Faurecia and Hella in 2022. My commitment is to lead our teams in shaping a new, sustainable model for the future of mobility, working together with our industry partners. With more than people in 43 countries, FORVIA is the 7th largest automotive supplier in the world, operating above all now as an innovative technology company rather than a legacy parts supplier. Given the challenges the industry faces and mega-trends steering the market, especially in digitalization and electrification, my expertise is focused on three key areas- Sustainable mobility (electrification & low-carbon materials)- Cockpit experiences (ever more digital)- Development in Asia Having dual French-German citizenship and traveling through Europe for most of my career has given me a unique perspective on different business cultures and has been an important asset in my professional life. For my personal pleasure, I enjoy traveling, reading, playing sports and spending quality time with my family — all very essential to my well-being. I am a graduate of Polytech Nancy and the Institut Français de Gestion (IFG). By choice and passion, I have spent most of my career in management positions in chemistry, metal production, and automotive equipment. As the CEO of FORVIA, my ultimate goal is to provide our group with the human and financial resources needed to pursue its transformation and become a reliable partner for our customers.
