I am an accomplished and mission-driven leader with more than 15 years of executive-level experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. I have the skills and confidence to create opportunities where challenges exist, build cohesive teams, appreciate and empower diverse groups of stakeholders and interests, and develop strategies to build and strengthen healthy and vibrant neighborhoods and communities by investing in people and places. As the founding chief executive officer of the Summit County Land Bank, I lead a fantastic team responsible for projects and initiatives designed to strengthen neighborhoods and promote community revitalization across Summit County, Ohio. With a foundation in law, expertise in public policy, and proven business and financial acumen, I work to develop and execute innovative community and economic development strategies.
