I’m a seasoned and well-travelled Human Resources leader with expertise gained across multiple industries and international markets. I lead transformative operational and behavioural change programmes in some of the most challenging environments, driving improvements in HR processes, standards and legal compliance whilst helping the business achieve its objectives. Known for delivering what I say I will whilst navigating cultural, political, and commercial challenges, I’m a problem solver at heart. I’m told I am pragmatic and get the job done – and have a sleeves-up attitude. I enjoy the really difficult jobs – ownership of stretching projects in Recruitment and Talent, ER and Organisation Design, requiring relationship building and collaboration at all points in the hierarchy.
