Experienced Law Enforcement Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry. Skilled in Law Enforcement, Patrol, Emergency Services, Criminal Investigations, and Crime Prevention. Strong protective services professional with a Master of Science (M.S.) focused in Criminal Justice from University of Arkansas at Little Rock, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Alabama State University. Currently assigned as a Patrol Shift Supervisor. Have served in a variety of positions, including Crisis Negotiator, Drug Recognition Expert, Professional Instructor, Field Training Officer, Narcotics Investigator, Violent Crimes Investigator, Special Victims Investigator, Property Crimes Investigator, and Public Information Officer. Formerly served as a member of the National Park College Community Partnership team. Current member of the Police Benevolent Association (PBA) and Hot Springs Lodge #1 Fraternal Order of Police. Current member of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice (NABCJ), Blacks in Government (BIG), the National Information Officers Association (NIOA), and the NAACP. Also contributed to the Unity Coalition of Garland County and the Stop the Violence Coalition of Hot Springs.
