About Patrick Laudon
Consultant, Educator and Coach, most of my life an entrepreneur. I put my efforts everyday in- my own development - the excellence and/or the wellbeing of my clients - creating new ways of learning - creating new practices so tomorrow's society will be better than today's If I put first my own development, it is not because my clients are not important, but because I serve my client's within the limits of my own capability. Helping others as a job takes strong foundations for yourself. I started LifeCrack because I am interested about three questions- How can people be better at organizing themselves? From governance to organizational structure and decision making, it is a complex issue, that cannot have an "off the shelf" answer, each solution needs to be designed for each client- How better corporate cultures are created? Culture is usually something you are part of without noticing it. In companies though, you can initiate one, shape it, if you are intentional about it- How we keep things simple and efficient? Most companies grow into unnecessary complex, bureaucratic monsters. How essential activities are identified, how more and more complex problems are tackled without making the organization complex? Concretely speaking, it means for my clients that- I help them design better structures - I help them design cultural changes - I help their leaders raise self-awareness to lead changes - I help them develop creative capacities and practices to enhance innovation - I help their teams to communicate better across « our invisible boundaries » To do this, I provide- Organizational Development Consulting - Educational Program Design - Coaching I wouldn't call it a specialization per se because I have been serving clients across all industries, but three industries stand out in my late portfolio: pharma/healthcare, IT and retail (including luxury) and to a lesser extent, the automotive industry. Every industry has specific challenges, whether it comes from business models, regulatory environment or just ways of working. One thing is common is the increasing need for speed to implement new products/ways of collaborating. The big consulting "one solution fits all" time is over. Bridging the gap between strategy and practice is what co.panies need help with and small experiment and scaling working solutions is the way going forward.
