About Patrick Lauer

I have spent the last 28 years keeping businesses connected, secure, and running smoothly. My career in IT began in 1997 at Gateway, where I mastered phone-based technical support for Windows NT 4.0 during the personal computer boom. Over the decades, my passion for problem-solving evolved alongside technology, leading me from hardware diagnostics at Geeks On Call to network administration at Pasco-Hernando State College, and ultimately to a 19-year tenure at Full Spectrum Telecommunications.Throughout this journey, my core philosophy has remained unchanged: technology is only as good as the support behind it. I bridge the gap between complex infrastructure and the end-user, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum business continuity. Whether I am troubleshooting a VoIP drop, configuring a local network, or diagnosing a hardware failure on a critical workstation, I approach every ticket with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.I thrive in environments that require versatile, multi-tier support, where I can leverage my deep technical knowledge to optimize workflows, build reliable knowledge bases, and resolve issues on the very first contact.
