About Patrick Leclerc

I successfully developed Integrated Circuit products for several businesses. This experience includes high volume standard product development, close cooperation with customer and co-development. In I took the responsibility of a Design Team focused on Networking products, then moved to RF transceiver design. In this position besides people management I was technical leader for design services of high performance devices developed with Ericsson base-station. In 2005 I stepped into Project Management Professional career and passed PMP certification. My projects are RF products development for mobile markets: RF system on chip (analog, digital and embedded software. Since 2009 I took responsibility to manage external suppliers providing IP's for these system on chip. In 2013 I took the opportunity to raise my project management skills and moved to telecommunication sector. Within Managed Services unit assignment was to increase quality, and profitability of a key project - Radio Environmental Permit rollout - for Orange Belgium. Result is significant improvement of customer satisfaction, trust, margin & sales. In 2014 I'm driving deployment across Belgium of Orange sites for Radio Access Network (GSM / UMTS / LTE). In 2016 official benchmarks recognizes this operator, several quarters in a row, as best 4G network in Belgium. In 2016 my responsibility expands to the end-to end scope of this managed service delivery : acquisition, transmission & power construction and commissioning. In 2019 I take MSIP Program Management challenge in end-to-end Radio Access Network site acquision and construction. My focus is to steer different projects and secure that priorities and progress are fully aligned on customer needs & expectations.
