I have a strong adaptability and sense of inclusion that I have proven in 3 different Functions in Airbus since System Engineering - Manufacturing Engineering - Information Management, Digital and PMT and along these 23 years, I have had the chance to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders (Finance, Programme, Ergonomics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Services, Production Maintenance, H&S, HR, Procurement, Logistic, Quality, Facilities Management, Lean, Agile Coaches, Suppliers). I am delivery oriented, I love taking calculated risks and timely decisions like when I practice sky diving and, on a professional point of view, I definitely developed this point working five years in the Airbus Saint Eloi Plant. Like all animals, the Chameleon has a heart. Mine is turned towards People. I love connecting people, understand their needs and that always brings me efficiency when leading teams or projects portfolios in an international context. Having lead an IM E2E Programme has broadened my knowledge of Airbus processes, my understanding of what is a Data Driven Company and what Digital can bring in terms of Business Values to the company. I have extended this knowledge with 2,5 years in the Airbus DDMS Transformation Programme, leading SAFe Epics to enhance our Ways of Working between our Product, Industrial and Services systems of interests, supporting End to End Codevelopment processes with full Digital Continuity through the Multi View concepts, for the Airbus Group divisions. Taking benefit of my diverse experiences in Airbus, I need now to come back to the Aircraft and Operations with a new function and new activities for me. Challenging and exciting!
