My journey began with a BSc in Nursing Science from the University of Galway, where I explored mental health care. Following a career changing knee injury, I then expanded my horizons into the tech industry, currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Cloud Computing and Software Development. Over the past year, I've designed and implemented web projects leveraging Docker, SQL databases, and data handling methods. My technical prowess spans Java, JavaScript, Flask, web development frameworks, AWS, and a suite of tools like GIT, Docker and Maven. I am also familiar with Jira. Professionally, I've provided compassionate care as a Psychiatric Nurse at St. Patrick’s University Hospital, where I collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to offer tailored comprehensive patient care. My earlier roles as a Healthcare Assistant and Shop Assistant at Aurivo - Agricultural Co-operative aided the development of my interpersonal skills and adaptability. I'm passionate about integrating my interpersonal skills and technological skills to complete taks and protects. Always eager to learn, and committed to contributing to organisational success.
