Application Development: Developer, Designer, Technical Lead, Project/Program Manager and Analyst. To date my career has spanned program/project management, hands-on software and database design and development and full-stack web design/development. It includes managing a team of five program managers in various countries who in turn managed remote teams spread across a total of 25 countries. It also includes on-site technology operations for four Olympic Games (Lillehammer in 1994, Atlanta in 1996, Nagano in 1998 and Sydney in in addition to 3 years of full life-cycle development on the IBM Commentator Information System (CIS) for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. I have also had the privilege of serving for 12 years in the Texas National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve, attaining the rank of Captain (Armor [Cav]).
