With over 20 years experience of Service Management and Governance, I’m still passionate about it. Sharing my knowledge, insight and experience to help people and businesses grow in their digital transformation journey is something I look forward to contribute to daily. My motivation comes from working together with people, who think outside the box and are up for problem solving and innovative solutions that give value for the client. Lead team and see how they grow in their knowledge. Over the past 13 years I have calculated on new business solutions in Cross Offering (Service Management, ITSM tools, Governance, Asset Management, Contract Business Office and Service Desk) area, from small companies to highly complex organisations. Been Due Diligence and project leader. Participated in Due Diligence and projects. The companies have had different kind of system environment e.g. Mainframe, MSVx, Clouds, Computers, Applications, etc. Working with them I have always had improvements, efficiency an ideas for developments in my mind. Today I’m working as Solution Architect for Strängnäs municipality where I team lead Enterprise Architect group, create solutions in IT, agreement creation and reviews and lot of other things. Part of my life's journey has been to create new business solutions in Cross Offering (Service Management, ITSM tools, Governance, Asset Management, Contract Business Office and Service Desk) area, from small companies to highly complex organisations. Part of the work has been to create project and associated costs for it and also the steady state costs, read RFPs, meeting with clients, and so on. I have been Due Diligence and Project Leader and participated in due diligence and projects. The companies have had different kind of system environment e.g. Mainframe, MSVx, Clouds, Computers, Applications, etc. Working with them I have always had improvements, efficiency an ideas for developments in my mind. I have been Service Manager lead, manage team of people and lot more. My area of expertise and knowledge include: Service Management, Service Delivery Management, Governance, ITIL (Incident Mgmt, Change Mgmt, Problem Mgmt, Event Mgmt, Service Level Mgmt, Availability Mgmt, Capacity Mgmt, IT Service Continuity Mgmt, Service Asset & Configuration Mgmt, Service Catalogue Mgmt.), ServiceNow, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Agile, SCRUM, DevOps, Costing, Communications, AI, Team building and leadership.
