About Patrick MacAdam

Currently the Commercial Director for XLCR Vehicle Management, I am responsible for leading the company's commercial strategy; my main focus is developing and maintaining relationships with clients and driving growth and innovation. I have a deep understanding of the automotive industry and have been instrumental in XLCR Vehicle Management become one of the leading providers of vehicle leasing, in the UK. I am a natural problem solver and have a proven track record of developing innovative solutions to complex challenges. Outside of my main role, I am also committed to giving back to my community, serving on the board of directors at Open Door Charity in Colne. In addition to this, I have previous experience in hospitality industry, and I am also a director of a small investment portfolio with Road Engineering Limited. As busy as I already am, I love to find new challenges!
