I have a proven track record of consistent success in international statutory financial reporting and tax compliance with two US listed multinationals to deliver exceptional results, while maintaining the highest standards of service, accuracy, quality, and timeliness. I have worked on a broad range of business transactions including cross-jurisdiction tax audits, business transfer agreements, entity liquidations, entity spinoff’s, transfer pricing, and VAT compliance. I can operate autonomously and as part of multi-disciplinary team and frequently lead the financial reporting workstream on complex transactions with strict deadline mandates. I have experience in managing cross border deliverables including managing third party service firms on behalf of international entities.
