Pragmatic, multi-cultural and People-focused! I started my carreer @ MICHELIN in the Cataroux Plant in 2011, as Quality Technician and later Manager (RGTE) to help give birth to our Competition tyres! This was my first experience in the Industry, and allowed me to develop key hard skills (Quality @MICHELIN, tyre architecture, problem solving methods) and soft skills (Management, Leadership, MMW). All in all, a forging experience.#MMW,#Process/Product,#Quality In 2016, I took the position of Inspection Center Manager for EUS with Centers in France, Italy, Spain and Turkey. And thus went from being a “Tyre Gynecologist” to a “Tyre Forensic Doctor”! This was also an opportunity to define and implement a multi-annuel Ambition and Vision for the team, and supporting them to achieve it.#DrHouse,#Internationnal,#QualityCaptation In 2018, I became Shop Manager for DORD/GST/FRA/EM and a member of GST/FRA’s board. A mixture of running daily affairs in a shop of ~120 people and defining + implementing a Strategic Vision for GST/FRA. In particular, we launched in 2021 a major shift in GST/FRA’s footpint, with a significant relocalisation of tests from Ladoux to our Olstyn plant. At the same time, our Progress Plan was focused on improving the service we provide to our DORD Partners, with a focus on TSD. A real challenge!#People,#ChangeManagement,#StrategicVision I also undertook a mission at the Michelin Innovation Labs in April 2023 to pitch an idea in July 2023.#Innovation,#Environment,#DesignThinking Today, I am seeking new challenges to develop soft skills in Business Management, Negotiations and External Relations!
