I firmly believe that sustainability unfolds its full potential when seen as an economic lever — not as a contradiction to business logic, but as an opportunity for innovation, efficiency, and long-term viability. That’s why I’m committed to developing solutions that align ecological, social, and economic goals — strategically grounded, tailored to the individual context, and focused on creating value. My particular focus lies in the business case for sustainability: I support companies in identifying pain points, understanding industry-specific challenges, and deriving actionable, entrepreneurial strategies that meet both stakeholder expectations and market demands. With an inter- and transdisciplinary academic background — a degree in Sociology, Politics & Economics (Zeppelin University) and an M.Sc. in Sustainability Science & Policy (Maastricht University) — I have worked in sustainability consulting since 2020 across a wide range of industries. More than 100 projects have equipped me with deep insight into business processes, stakeholder requirements, and sector-specific dynamics. Today, I work as Director Sustainability Consulting at Silvester Group — with the ambition to act as a strategic enabler, making complexity understandable and manageable. I work closely with companies from various sectors, moderate stakeholder processes, develop integrated sustainability strategies, and support transformation — fact-based, solution-oriented, and with a strong sense for business realities.
