My specialty in is in Business Automation especially in delivery of client's business requirements, translated into clear and structured documentation that ensures development of workable solutions that are measurable and beneficial to the end users. This requires sound knowledge of existing business processes, software application functionality and advising on best industry practices and consistent track of the market dynamics while ensuring completeness and understanding of the business logic by the system developers. Critical in Project Management is the timely delivery of milestones in a seamless fashion that embodies the client's goals, objectives and change management strategy. The overall achievement being delivery of a business automation program that leverages on sound ways of working to improve efficiency and productivity in the organisation.
