Ph.D.(Honors) in Strategic Management and MBA with over 20 years of work experience in business and marketing strategy, corporate governance, and higher education administration - program design and development, curriculum design and development, program administration, accreditation, academic operations, training and education, and talent management- Eighteen years of teaching experience in higher education with eight in he U.S. and ten in the U.A.E. Taught/teaching a wide range of classes in the domains of Business Policy and Strategy, Corporate Governance, Strategy Implementation, and Ownership Structure to the students of Executive MBA, MBA, and bachelors programs as well as in company-specific leadership development programs- A total of eight years of consulting experience in strategy analysis and the formulation of business strategy in both Europe and in the United Arab Emirates as well as technology consulting experience in the United States- Publications in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Management, Journal of General Management, Managerial and Decision Economics, the Journal of Business Research, and the Academy of Management Proceedings with published work cited in the Strategic Management Journal, the Journal of Management, the Academy of Management Review, the Academy of Management Perspectives, the European Management Journal, the Journal of Finance, the Journal of Financial Economics, the National Bureau of Economic Research, Organizational Research Methods, Psychological Science, and Organizational Psychology among others.
