About Patrick McCoy

I have a solid technological background but there are hundreds of individuals with that qualification. What sets me apart is my extensive experience dealing with a broad spectrum of clients and my superior problem solving skills. Most of my professional life has been spent providing support to high-level executives who needed answers immediately and were not concerned about the "whys" or "hows". Defusing difficult situations became my specialty early on and this ability has served me well throughout my professional career. I have a pleasant and upbeat attitude and strongly believe in providing excellent service that will always leave clients feeling better at the end of a conversation than they did at the outset. I also have strong troubleshooting skills and have written interpretive documentation to convert technical material into the vernacular for less technical users. I am a dedicated team player with strong organizational and communication skills, diverse Project Management experience, and a history of effective PC and software installation experience. I have also done extensive technical and user training as well as acting as Lead Training Officer for two of my previous employers. I am detail oriented, creative, and logically driven. I am a hard worker, an accomplished musician, and I am always seeking new challenges professionally, personally, and musically.
