I am a seasoned customer success leader with more than 7 years of experience recognized for my adaptability and having a growth mindset in a high change environment. The highlight of my career has been the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated and scaled customer success managers. Together we were able to create a high-impact team who provided a phenomenal experience for our customers. Prior to being a lead I worked closely with hundreds of enterprise brands on Shopify Plus, helping them achieve their goals through value-realization of the Shopify Plus platform. I also helped build Shopify Plus' scaled customer success segment, leveraging my journalism and communications background to lead projects focused on customer facing content. This included email marketing, webinar content, and using data to create proactive churn mitigation programs.
