Within my current role as a Subject Matter Expert for a product that is enjoyed by millions, I have been responsible for project management and the creation and maintenance of both training and processes. These have been utilised to shape the way that we support our customers whilst monitoring and understanding the affect these changes have to key metrics. I thrive in both autonomous and team environments and have led and participated in successful teams.
