I am a professional musician, educator, and personal trainer. As a music educator and versatile performer, I have live performing and conducting experience at nationally televised events. I have led ensembles to performances at Carnegie Hall, and I have personally performed all over the United States as a solo musician and with a variety of ensembles. While my primary profession is in education, I am always willing to perform for church events and weddings in the St. Louis, MO area.I have over five years experience of contracted classroom teaching, grades 4 - 12. My objective as a music educator is to enrich the lives of students and members of the community, using musicianship to provide students with a quality academic and extra-curricular opportunity while developing a sound appreciation of music.Fitness always has been a lifestyle for me, and I enjoy educating others and pushing their physical limits to improve their well-being. I decided to become a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer three years ago and work on a part-time basis to fulfill this desire. In addition to providing the highest standards of nutrition education and personal training, I have developed my marketing abilities and sales experience to build a steady clientele base.I also have store management experience, which was gained simultaneously while as a student pursuing my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, building upon my organization, multi-tasking abilities, and problem-solving skills that I use in the workplace today. As a general manager in the retail industry, I supervised the overall layout of the store through proper event signage and coaching of employees regarding awareness of promotions.
