About Patrick McLaughlan

Passionate about communications, particularly in an international context, I am currently Events and International Communications Officer at Safran. With a strong background in managing multicultural networks and coordinating global projects, I was in charge of organising a gathering of more than 150 communicators in 30 countries, as well as the #SafranSport2024 engagement programme, which rallied employees around the world. I am also developing particular expertise in the organisation of major international trade shows, including Aircraft Interiors (AIX) and the Paris Air Show (Le Bourget)(logistics, relations with service providers). As the guarantor of the brand's image, I take particular care in ensuring that the company's corporate branding is consistent and effective for each event. Fluent in English, French and Spanish, I'm able to bring together international teams, optimise information sharing and produce communication materials tailored to all types of audience. Dynamic, organised and outward-looking, I put my energy and creativity to work on large-scale projects that contribute to the international reputation of companies. I'm always open to sharing best practice in communications or collaborating on ambitious new projects.
