Skills • Over 20 years experience in accounting, all in small business, reporting (In the most part) to the President of the company. Great handle on GAAP(Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) • Knowledge in all aspects of the Accounting process therefore considered to be a Full Charge Accountant.(G/L, Journal Entries, Banks, A/R, A/P, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Reconciliations, Month End / Year End Adjustments, Payroll Taxes, Sales Taxes, Multiple Company Accounting & Financial Statements) • Not sure how it is determined, but I am an Intermediate to Expert in the QuickBooks Accounting Systems (Most recent are QuickBooks Enterprise 17 & QuickBooks Pro 2016), but do not have certificate from intuit to indicate it. • Knowledgeable in other accounting software such as Great Plains Dynamics, Peachtree, and others and not afraid to dive in and determine how to get things accomplished in this regard. • Microsoft Excel is my life, if no other better solutions are available. I am very comfortable with this and other Microsoft office products. • I am about presentation, accounting is my canvas. Strengths • I, from the beginning, look for ways to streamline and cut costs as not to lose customer service and integrity of the company's mission to serve its clients/customers. I also assist or take charge of the implementation of such actions. • Love to work and find satisfaction in providing service to my employer.
