I have a strong passion for inspired food and beverage, in addition to creating memorable guest experiences. I believe in cultivating guest relationships and developing personal connections in order to make regulars out of strangers. I have been in the Food and Beverage industry for over 10 years. I worked my way from dishwasher to General Manager. I've performed a multitude of different roles across the FOH and management from creating beverage menus and analyzing P & Ls, to staff development, retention, and training. I love the food and beverage industry and I am interested in further developing my working experience in the field. I am also open to translating these skills into an exciting new industry! Expertise: Restaurant concept development, business development, daily operational management, daily floor operations, financial management, managing sales & labor forecast, P&L analysis, social media marketing, incident reporting, cultivating vendor relationships, de-escalation, executing correctional and disciplinary actions.
