WHO I AM: I am a seasoned construction project leader with a reputation for consistency, a commitment to excellence, and a long record of continuous improvement. My career includes 28+ years of practical, hands-on experience in the construction industry, including 150+ projects involving capital construction, renovations, commissioning and retro-commissioning, and facilities management of commercial buildings and campuses. Over time, I developed specialized expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and building automation systems (BAS). WHAT I DO: Each construction project is unique, with its own set of requirements, milestones, limitations, and challenges to solve. With my broad technical expertise, I excel at solving technical problems with precision, care, and creativity. In each case, I develop multiple feasible and sustainable solutions—each carefully evaluated for time, cost, resources, and risks—while investigating the root cause. In addition, I engage closely with our clients and stakeholders so I can create more holistic and well-documented plans that align with their needs.
