During my years in Shanghai, China (2014–2019), I led the development and expansion of a full-capability local R&D organization, bridging global strategy with regional execution across the Asia-Pacific region. This experience shaped my cross-cultural leadership style and deepened my ability to drive complex engineering programs in diverse environments. Currently, I serve as Development Manager within the Warehouse domain, with a core focus on robotics and automation. My current activities are strongly connected to India, where I’m driving development initiatives and collaborating closely with local teams. I maintain a strong affinity with adjacent sectors such as Distribution and Airports, leveraging my broad logistics experience to foster innovation and operational excellence.
