A Mission-oriented leader who excels at setting and achieving goals to improve the quality and efficiency of technical training with experience in multiple industries. I have a strong technical background with the equivalent of an Associates Degree in Nuclear Engineering. I seek to create the most effective training possible. This is the highest quality training delivered in the shortest amount of time possible to ensure the target audience performs their job successfully and to the levels of expectations required by their position. The technical areas where my training skills have been used include: nuclear facility operations, nuclear power plant operations, reactor plant and steam plant mechanics and chemistry, nuclear plant electrical and reactor operations, semiconductor photomask inspection lasers and optics, and bioscience cytometry operations.
