With over 18 years of hands-on experience in educational and enterprise technology, I bring deep expertise in building, securing, and optimizing IT systems that support learning, operations, and business growth. I’ve led technology departments in K–12 school districts, executed multi-million-dollar infrastructure upgrades, and run a successful consulting business serving schools, municipalities, and small businesses across Massachusetts, New York, Maine. In my current role as Director of Technology, I oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and instructional systems. I manage Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft AD environments, switch and firewall configurations, device management, network design, and user support. I lead strategic planning, streamline operations, automate processes through scripting, and maintain a security-first approach across the district. Previously, as Interim Director of Technology, I collaborated on a $1M infrastructure overhaul through a BOCES partnership - upgrading every major system and laying the foundation for secure, scalable, and efficient operations. From project planning to procurement and execution, I led the modernization of an entire school district’s technology framework. As a private consultant, I provide end-to-end IT services: network deployments, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Wi-Fi & AP setups, server/cloud migrations, SIS support, camera systems, phone systems, and device security. I serve as a one-stop shop for small organizations needing comprehensive, reliable IT solutions with a focus on automation, longevity, and security.
