About Patrick Modesto

With my professional experience of over 28 years within the same Group and 99% self-taught, i was able to know a large number of transformations (organizational, strategics, internal and external objectives / issues.). I have been able to acquire through out my professional career, from the post of data operator to the post of Product Owner, the visions and expectations of internal employees, technicians, managers as well as external customers (companies or individuals), allowing me to analyze, understand and identify their problems more quickly to provide them practical and intuitive solutions in order to promote their daily activities, improve access to information and their employee journey. Having been a business creator, I was also able to know all the constraints and problems of a business manager (brand's creation, product's conception, showcase websites and e-commerce, logistics of orders and deliveries.) With my technical and practical knowledge in several IT Tools (Sharepoint, Html, JS, O365.), i'm still trying to combine creativity, use of IT tools, feedback and new technical features on the market, adapt and improve them to do that the user journey will be the most intuitive. We don't change what works well, we make it better and we make perfectible what is not, always thinking of the final customer.
