About Patrick Morganelli

I am the Chief Executive Officer of EnigmaSoft Limited ("ES"), a privately-held Irish company, based in Dublin. I was previously a member of the Enigma Software Group, Inc.("ENGM"), a publicly traded company (NASDAQ-OTCBB symbol ENGM). EnigmaSoft is known for its SpyHunter 5 product, an industry leading anti-malware solution. My main focus is the architecture, design, vision, implementation and realization of EnigmaSoft's technologies. I am key in setting the standards for technology development within our organization. I am responsible for hiring employees with skills that will help bring about our technology vision. I also work within EnigmaSoft's many departments to ensure that the flow of information is proceeding at an efficient level. This includes information pertaining to all company, software and system issues. Some of the most important skills I possess are my excellent communication and negotiation abilities that allow for ease of discussion when dealing with company-related issues with internal senior management, regulators, and outside business professionals. In addition, I lead the “Front-end Applications Department” of EnigmaSoft. The Front-end Applications Department develops and modifies procedures to solve complex problems and prepares detailed technical specifications from which programs will be written. We also design, code, test, debug, and document these programs. We are competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications, systems, analysis and programming activities. Basically, we develop and enhance software based on business requirements, conceptual and technical designs. My team performs a variety of programming assignments requiring knowledge of established programming procedures and data processing requirements using C++, PHP, and other programming languages and systems as necessary.
