With nearly 30 years in the technical industry, I began my career as a bench technician at a Motorola 2-way radio dealership and have advanced to my current role as Regional Service Manager. My passion lies in leadership and the management of people and processes, rather than just technical management. My military background in radio electronics and leadership has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of business operations at all levels.My approach to business operations emphasizes a client-first mentality, prioritizing employees and ensuring top-notch quality of service. With a keen interest in systems, I am a Certified Service Manager (ETA). I strongly believe in empowering individuals to take ownership of their roles and processes. Effective communication is, in my opinion, the cornerstone of leadership, and I strive to foster a positive and motivating environment that nurtures future leaders and high performers.Lastly, I am dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in the industry and am committed to ensuring these standards and values are reflected in every facet of our business operations.
