About Patrick Muldoon

As a collaborative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused Technical Program Manager, I bring a track record of success in mobilising and executing large and complex technology projects for government and enterprise organisations.I have enjoyed 21 years of service with the US Army, including 10 years of active military service and international deployments as Chief of Staff to Commanding Generals in Europe. Whilst continuing as an officer in the US Army Reserves, I transitioned out of active military duty in 2017.Since 2017, I have contracted with the US Government to mobilise and execute strategic policy initiatives with a focus on international collaboration and the development, integration, and optimisation of emerging technologies (including autonomous systems).Over the past 5+ years, I have led the delivery of large-scale Technology and R&D projects in partnership with Government clients and global stakeholders across the US, Europe, and Australia; embedding robust program governance and agile project methodologies to manage complex risk, interdependency, and stakeholder engagement. I have worked across Policy and Technology portfolios of the US Dept of Defence, representing the Government’s strategic contract partners to enable on-time, in-budget delivery of dynamic programs valuing up to $1BN.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a knack for leading teams and engaging disparate stakeholders in shared goals – often working across timezones and through language barriers to strengthen partnerships and improve collaboration with international partners across government and industry. Currently in the process of relocating to Australia.
