As an AI SME at Capgemini, I help build AI agents that can review contracts and also use AI to code and create quick prototypes for legal workflows and write prompts that actually work for lawyers’ specific needs. One thing has become very clear to me: AI can’t replace lawyers, it’s designed to give them better tools so they can focus on the complex thinking that requires human judgment. I also spend significant time on cybersecurity, helping internal and external organizations protect themselves against new threats and meet regulatory requirements. At Capgemini, where I work as Legal Counsel for the Business Legal Team, I help guide and advise our teams in their acquisition endeavors, technology projects and complex contract negotiations. I also serve as Of Counsel at Planit Legal, a specialized IT law firm in Germany. There, I help clients understand regulations like NIS2, DORA and the Data Act, and draft agreements that let them innovate while staying compliant. My background covers AI governance, cybersecurity risk management, data protection and regulatory compliance. Having worked both in law firms and inside companies, I understand legal challenges from multiple angles. I’m genuinely interested in helping organizations use technology responsibly, finding ways to innovate while maintaining legal and ethical standards. Whether I’m building AI tools for lawyers, explaining new regulations, or turning technical requirements into practical legal strategies, I enjoy solving the puzzle of how to make technology work for businesses without creating unnecessary risks.
