I’m a results-driven Project Manager and former Civil Engineering Inspector with over 15 years of experience spanning heavy civil infrastructure, structural steel fabrication, and production leadership. I began my career supporting DOT-funded bridge and roadway projects in CEI and Resident Engineering roles, before transitioning into fabrication leadership—managing shop operations, QA/QC systems, and cross-functional teams delivering critical structural components under AWS D1.5 and AASHTO standards. In my current role, I lead a high-output steel fabrication environment where I’ve implemented LEAN production methods, reduced cycle times, and aligned shop operations with aggressive project schedules and compliance-driven milestones. I’ve worked closely with field teams, engineers, and clients to ensure steel delivery meets the demands of both public and private infrastructure projects. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between design intent, fabrication realities, and project delivery—whether that’s coordinating RFIs, managing long-lead materials, or streamlining workflows across teams and time zones. I’m proficient in Bluebeam Revu, TEKLA Structures, Procore, and both Microsoft and Google Office Suites, enabling me to effectively manage documentation, drawing reviews, and stakeholder communication in both in-person and remote settings. I’m now seeking to return to a project management-focused role—ideally within steel fabrication or heavy civil infrastructure—where I can contribute remotely or from the Northeast. I bring hands-on shop experience, schedule and cost oversight, and a proven ability to lead teams from the floor to the field with trust, presence, and follow-through.
