My career has been dedicated to transforming organizations through technology, with a particular focus on the education sector. Currently, I lead IT initiatives at Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy, where I work closely with administrators and stakeholders to modernize IT infrastructure, reduce system downtime, and enhance educational technology. In my role, I oversee the seamless operation of IT systems, manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cybersecurity protocols, and lead digital transformation projects. My team and I are dedicated to improving network performance, optimizing IT operations, and ensuring a robust, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure. These efforts are aligned with the academy’s mission to provide a dynamic learning environment for students and staff. Prior to becoming the Director of IT, I served as Manager of IT at the academy, where I implemented modernization efforts that boosted system reliability and improved the user experience. I have a strong track record of delivering IT solutions that align with institutional goals and technology advancements. Before my time at Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy, I was a Systems Administrator at Omnicomp Inc, where I led the deployment of over 1,200 devices across multiple schools and managed system administration, disaster recovery planning, and operational documentation. My role included providing multi-level support and investigating new technologies to enhance system stability. At Lankenau Hospital, I served as a Field Support Specialist, offering Tier 2 Help Desk support and troubleshooting system connectivity. My career began at Upper Darby School District, where I provided on-site and remote support, managed Mac OS X servers, and conducted training for staff and students. I am passionate about continuous improvement, proactive problem-solving, and leading cross-functional teams toward achieving organizational goals.
