Background

About Patrick Nganga

I am a Quality Assurance Engineer with 7+ years of experience in enterprise systems testing, spanning fintech, CRM, SaaS, and large-scale digital platforms. My career has focused on ensuring that mission-critical systems — from financial services and Salesforce CRMs to real estate and NGO loan-tracking platforms — meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and user trust. I specialize in test planning, functional and regression testing, UAT facilitation, and SQL-based data validation, while actively transitioning into an SDET profile. I’m currently applying my skills in Python, Django, Selenium, Cucumber, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) through hands-on projects and continuous learning. What sets me apart is my ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical quality engineering. I have successfully led UAT sessions, built automation-ready test packs, implemented CI/CD alignment practices, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to reduce release risks and accelerate delivery. I am passionate about working on systems with large-scale impact — especially in fintech and digital transformation across Africa. My goal is to contribute to forward-thinking organizations where quality engineering drives innovation, customer trust, and business success.
