I am a professional and motivated individual with accounting and administrative skills. Throughout my career, I have proven myself to be self-motivated, committed and determined in achieving my goals and meeting set objectives. I strongly believe in the importance of providing personalised and individual attention to people and organisations. My aim is to utilise my skills and experience to deliver excellent clerical, accounting and administrative support. I offer my experience in cash management, financial statements formulation and customer service. Leveraging my experience in service delivery, I ensure all tasks are fulfilled according to the organisation’s guidelines in compliance with legal requirements. My unique skillset ensures I am able to successfully calculate employee salaries, process invoices, reconcile all accounts, load data to the accounting software and prepare the BAS report. In addition, I am highly skilled in record keeping, documentation, client correspondence and stakeholder engagement. I am flexible in approach and able to reprioritise workloads as requirements change. Demonstrating advanced communication abilities in English and Vietnamese, I effectively interact and collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. As such, I am highly skilled at coordinating and optimising information initiatives and business processes. I am able to work as a team member and as individual, delivering excellent results while maintaining professionalism. Supported by advanced qualifications, including a Master of Professional Accounting, a Bachelor in Business and a Diploma in Management, I remain committed to furthering myself and my professional development.
