About Patrick Niesler

One day, a young creative man from the Ruhr area finds himself in Munich. As a child, he was an enthusiastic storyteller, first playing and then writing, creating entire universes. Arriving in Munich for his first professional step, the stories no longer count. Only numbers, customers and deals counted. A gentle voice spoke up: “This is not YOUR story.” And so, after a few years, he quit, sold everything he had and spent a year on the road. He built fences in New Zealand, learned to surf, looked after animals and slept in the open air. An adventure in search of his own story. And as fate sometimes plays out, this story came all by itself. He came into contact with the wonderful world of production music (aka library music). He discovered that this was exactly the symbiosis he had always been looking for. Collaboration with other creatives, emotions and images as far as the eye can see and a playground to express his own creativity. As general manager of a successful publisher (West One Music/Germany), he learned the trade and had arrived in a safe haven. But it wasn't long before the familiar demands turned off his creativity. It was time to really write his own story. Admonishing words and incredulous shaking of heads accompanied his decision. How is HE supposed to pull something like this out of the ground, competing with the big major players on the market from nothing? But once the first step into the unknown had been taken, there was no turning back and fortunately it quickly became clear that every single moment leading up to this decision had paid into this future. Growing up surrounded by hard work, with a creative mind that tells stories non-stop, loves facts and figures and has always been fascinated by moving images. Some say he is able to sell iceboxes at the North Pole, but in reality he just wants to go his own way: Letting moving image creatives find the right music! The development of a music catalog by hand: each track is created in creative sparring, honed, polished and prepared for your stories. Driven by images in our heads and a high level of functionality.
