About Patrick Okerman

Patrick Okerman became a member of the executive committee of inno.com in September 2017, as COO. He participated in the founding of inno.com back in 1998, after having been in charge of IT Delivery at IBM Professional Services. During inno.com's early years, Patrick had ultimate responsibility for delivering a multitude of missions. Later on, he took on the role of programme manager, interim IT manager and lead consultant in IT transformation missions for various customers. Most recently he worked as a programme manager at RSVZ/INASTI, IT project manager for Telenet and IT transformation consultant at Barco. His experience centres on IT Delivery (project and programme management), IT Governance and IT Transformation missions. Furthermore, Patrick has excellent overall knowledge of ICT and Business/ICT alignment. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Brussels as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Leuven. Patrick is a lecturer in the “Portfolio, Programme and Project Management” module of inno.com’s “Master in Enterprise Architecture” education programme. Since 2010 he has also been active as an independent court expert in ICT subjects.
